Safety on the Mountain Card - Mountain Biking

This card folder aims to accompany the active mountain cyclist on his tours and to put the togetherness with other mountaineers on a high level. The front of the card folder provides in-depth information on the Alpine Club's 10 "safe mountain biking" recommendations. The extensive back can be fully described as a small breakdown helper and guides you through a multitude of possible small technical defects. For emergencies, we have also enclosed a service card with this card folder with the most important emergency numbers and the corresponding procedure for making an emergency call. In addition, the basic flow chart for first aid (CPR - cardiopulmonary resuscitation) can be found on the emergency card - which, by the way, should always be included.
